What to expect:

Step 1 — Initial consultation. We'll talk through your smoking history, what you've tried before, and what your goals are. Step 2 — Your quit plan. Together we'll build a strategy that works for your life — including nicotine replacement, medication if appropriate, and a target quit date. Step 3 — Ongoing support. We check in regularly, help manage cravings and withdrawal, and adjust your plan as needed. You won't be doing this alone.

About Smoking Cessation

Quitting nicotine is one of the most impactful things you can do for your long-term health. It's also one of the hardest. Most people who successfully quit make multiple attempts before it sticks — and having professional support significantly improves your chances.

Our pharmacists will work with you to create a quit plan based on your history, your lifestyle, and your goals. That might include nicotine replacement therapy, prescription medication options, behavioural strategies, and regular check-ins to keep you on track. Every plan is built around you, not a template.
