Pharmabest is an independent Canadian company that has been serving Ontario communities for over a decade. We're not a chain. We're a network of pharmacies built around people — each one locally operated, each one committed to the kind of care that actually makes a difference.

Pharmabest was founded with a simple idea: that people deserve more from their pharmacy than a counter and a waiting line. Starting with a single location in Toronto, we've grown into a network of 11 independent pharmacies across Ontario — each one staffed by pharmacists who take the time to understand the people they serve.
We're proud to be independently Canadian. Every location is locally operated, and every decision we make is guided by what's best for our patients and the communities we're part of. We're not trying to compete with the big chains on volume. We're focused on something different — care that feels personal because it is.

Joseph Saad, BScPhm, RPh
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Licensed pharmacist and healthcare executive with over a decade of experience in community pharmacy, business development, and healthcare innovation. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pharmabest, Joseph leads one of Ontario's fastest-growing independent pharmacy networks, dedicated to advancing patient care, expanding access to pharmacy services, and building healthier communities.
Irfan Patel, MPharm, RPh
Partner & Regional Pharmacy Manager-Hamilton Region
Partner at Pharmabest and a licensed pharmacist with a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm). Irfan oversees Pharmabest pharmacy operations across Hamilton and North York, providing leadership to pharmacy teams, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care throughout the region.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), D'Youville University School of Pharmacy, and Bachelor of Science graduate. John supports Pharmabest's strategic growth through business development, digital innovation, online services, marketing, and expansion initiatives while completing his pharmacist registration in Ontario.
Germine Matta
VP Administartion & HR
Physician by training with an international medical background. Germine leads Pharmabest's human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, workforce development, and organizational culture across the pharmacy network.
Ashish Hadvani
Operations Manager
Ashish Hadvani serves as Operations Manager at Pharmabest.ca, leading operational excellence across the organization's pharmacy network. He specializes in business development, workflow optimization, team leadership, and implementing strategies that drive sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Mena Abdalsayed
IT & Facility Management
Mena Abdalsayed is the Manager of IT & Facility Management at Pharmabest.ca, overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure and facility operations across all pharmacy locations. He is responsible for IT systems, cybersecurity, network administration, hardware and software deployment, vendor management, maintenance, and facility improvements, ensuring every location operates efficiently, securely, and reliably.
Mina Milika
Accounting Manager
Mina Milika is the Accounting Manager at Pharmabest.ca, overseeing the company's financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and reporting. He ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial management to support the continued growth and success of the organization.
