Staff Pharmacist-Addiction/OAT

We're looking for a licensed, patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join our busy Downtown Toronto pharmacy on a full-time basis. As part of a growing multi-location pharmacy group, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care in a supportive, modern environment with room to grow.
Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and counsel patients on safe, effective medication use
- Provide clinical services including MedsChecks, immunizations, and minor ailment assessments
- Manage ODB billing and third-party claims
- Maintain compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists and Health Canada standards
- Oversee narcotic and controlled substance records and inventory
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff and prescribers to support positive patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A)
- Injection certification an asset
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Comfortable with pharmacy dispensing software
- Professional, reliable, and patient-first attitude
